CALLING FUTURE UMPIRES!

Wellington Baseball Association are planning to run an Umpires course on Saturday 18 - Sunday 19 December to align with the Holiday Ham Tournament, and any interested Pirates club members are welcome to attend. 

COURSE:

Led by Baseball NZ Director of Umpiring - Warren Van Rooyen. This course is a combination of classroom-based theory and in-game practical learning.  The course will be run at Wgtn City Pirates home ballpark - Ian Galloway Park in Wellington.

TIMING:

SAT 18 DEC, 11am - 5pm

11am - 2 hours theory (indoors)

3 - 5pm  Practical in-game session (outdoors)

SUN 19 DEC, 9am - 2pm

Practical application of Saturday's course material during Holiday Ham tournament games

There is no cost to attend this course.
