After taking a break from Baseball over Winter, players can’t just jump right back into baseball workouts as if it were the middle of the summer. 

Just like a marathon runner, baseball players have to work their way up to a long throw, a strong swing, or an accurate pitch off the mound.

While there is no singular way to get ready for the season, it starts with throwing. This is one of the most important, and physically demanding aspects of baseball, and a strong shoulder is crucial for every player's performance, health and longevity.
